Ford Shelby GT350 0-60 times
Out of all performance specs, nothing but Ford Shelby GT350 0-60 times can better speak about the vehicle's temper. While horsepower and torque blow smoke in the eyes, Shelby GT350 zero to sixty specs and average time to run a quarter mile are pretty straightforward metrics allowing to compare against its competitors.
Very often there is no chance of doing Shelby GT350 0-to-60 test personally and making conclusions from the experience of the other drivers is the last thing you want.
Conducting a trustworthy test drive requires following a strict methodology that is intended to eliminate the inconsistent circumstances like weather, tires, surface, engine temperature. It is always better to leave it for professionals.
Increase Horsepower
The cold air part is also important in making more power. Cold air is denser and contains more oxygen molecules than warm air does. So if you can get cooler air into your Ford Shelby GT350 engine, your car will be able to mix more fuel with that air, making more power. Combine that with the more air through the larger and less restrictive filter and intake tube and you can see up to a 15-20 horsepower increase. K&N has even reported an estimated increase of 56.96 horsepower out of the 57-2571 intake for 2007-2009 Shelby GT500!

The Mustang has been trapped for years in what appears to be an endless battle with its natural rival, the Chevrolet Camaro. Certainly, nobody would ever equate a Ford with a BMW or Porsche, right? But Ford Motor Co. made sure in 2015 - when we first unveiled the new GT350, we would never stare at the Mustang the same way.
The GT350 is driven by a 5.2 liter V8 using a flat-plane crankshaft and produces 529 horsepower at an eye-watering 8,250 rpm. At 429 lb-ft, torque is also remarkable. But the GT350 is more than the engine. The car's balance between drive and handling is perfect, even though you drive up to the substantial limitations due to its adaptive MagneRide suspension. But the Shelby is indeed a Mustang, and its convenience and availability are not lessened. We assume this Mustang is the finest one ever produced before we get our hands on the upcoming GT500.
Of course, the Camaro is still an obvious alternative, thanks to its potent ZL1 iteration. However, the competitive set of the GT350 seems like who's who in performance cars, and it is close in productivity to Porsche 718 and BMW M4. You might also see Corvette with this completely new midengine or the latest Toyota Supra as alternatives. Generally speaking, these coupes are a little more excellent inside and don't remember the smaller trim editions as the GT350 can do. But this Shelby is a perfect way to go if you want the racetrack's maximum performance and fun at a fair price.
Ford has every reason to pride himself on this vehicle. It's rounded well, with good manners, and well-fitted enough to manage most anything you want it to do. In reality, we have a hard time thinking of a car that can have dutiful service as a regular commuter and as a weekend warrior, particularly at this price. The only dull lever of shift is anything less than cosmic.
It is so fantastic as its limits might be that it is how open and available the GT350 is that gives the greatest pleasure. Oh, that's the intriguing tone of the flat-plane crank V8. It is undoubtedly the most robust and most impressive Mustang ever made, from the engine to the driving thrill and handling.
The 2020 Ford Shelby GT350 is a robust variant of the Mustang coupe. It is available in two trim editions - the base GT350 and GT350R (with the focus on race). The GT350 is basically the track-day variant of a Mustang, and it offers many features of the performance that you won't find on a regular rental Mustang.
The base GT350 comes with such items as a 5.2-liter V8 (526 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque), a manual transmission with six speeds, 19-inch wheels, adaptive suspension dampers, Brembo brakes, a Torsen rear differential (with 3.73 gearing), a front-suspension tower brace, three powertrain coolers (oil, differential, and transmission), adjustable drive settings, xenon headlights, a rear spoiler and diffuser, and ignition and entry without a key.
Inside, it is fitted with manually adjustable Recaro front seats with inserts of simulated-suede, an 8-inch center monitor, Track Apps performance telemetry, and a sound system with six speakers.
By adding the Technology kit to the GT350, you get a navigation system activated by voice, an exclusive Bang & Olufsen sound system, blind-spot monitoring with an alert of rear cross-traffic, and side mirrors with heating. By checking the box for more cozy leather sport seats, you also get six-way power-adjustability, heating and ventilation, and the driver seat's memory settings. The Handling kit offers adjustable strut top mounts that broaden the front suspension's adjustability range and a Gurney flap extension for the back spoiler.
The GT350R is equipped with most of the GT350's regular items, including 19-inch carbon-fiber wheels (with special Michelin tires), revised suspension tuning, a front chin splitter, and a carbon-fiber rear wing. To the R model, you can also add the Technology kit.
For the 2020 Ford Shelby GT350, the limited-run Heritage Edition kit is available. It suggests the classic Wimbledon White paint with Guardsman Blue racing stripes resembling the 1965 GT350 racing model. Guardsman Blue front and rear badges and a unique dash badge give the nostalgic note. GT350R models are also fitted with all seats of black color with red accent stitching.
